The Issue
This property was newly constructed in March 2013 in an area undergoing a major revitalization. During lease-up, the management knew they needed a solution to manage packages. Packages were piling up and cluttering the entryway and leasing office.
Our Solution
Package Concierge® installed our 60-locker system within a central area of the building where delivery carriers and residents have convenient 24/7 access to the system.
The Results
Over 70 packages a week are being delivered to this community. 150 Residents and counting are thrilled they receive immediate notification about their packages being delivered to the locker system. In fact, most Residents pick them up right away.
