Your company’s situation is unique, and your resources are precious, and Package Concierge® has a plan to help you with both.

Just like our residential customers, our corporate clients know that efficiency can drive directly to the bottom line. Time spent storing, sorting, and delivering packages is time that could be allocated to better use, and we’re all about helping companies large and small find those crucial ways to recapture their dollars.

Package Concierge offers a menu of standard models, but we also give our customers the ability to create a bespoke package handling system that is tailored to address their specific needs and challenges. Using our configurator  you can pick from our product line, then drag-and-drop elements to create the layout that works best in your situation. You can go small with a simple selection of lockers, or you can incorporate a secure package storage room directly into your building plans. When you’re finished, you’ll have blueprint-style shop drawings to work from, and we can even provide you with CAD or BIM files to hand off to your contractor.

We talk quite a bit about increasing the efficiency on your end, but we also practice what we preach. We’ve turned that efficiency-focused drive inward to continually refine our processes, because what was good yesterday doesn’t necessarily mean that it will be better tomorrow. Package Concierge is certified compliant with ISO 9001:2015, a management standard that identifies firms that employ a full-process system for improvement that’s focused on customer satisfaction. We’re also ISO 14001:2015 certified, signifying that our environmental management policies continue to meet the highest standards.

The full range of Package Concierge systems are ETL-listed, so you can be confident they meet the highest standards of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Our products are also tested and certified by OSHA-recognized testing labs, ensuring compliance with all North American safety standards.

If you’ll share your goals and needs with us, we’d love the chance to share a bit of what we do with you. Contact us any time and let’s start improving your operation together.
