A generation that is two-thirds the size of Baby Boomers and who is about to outnumber Millennials have entered the workforce and gained significant new buying power – which a Generation Z (ages 18 – 25) study commissioned by Package Concierge® shows they are wielding at brick and mortar retail stores.
Designed to learn Gen Z’s attitudes toward online shopping and delivery, the study found that while Gen Z shoppers may be using traditional shopping methods, they are actually leveraging non-traditional retrieval methods like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS). . . frequently.
